Meet Jane
PATIENT AND BILLING COORDINATOR
With over 20 years of combined experience in the medical administrative and billing field. Jane's caring personality and vibrant smile will make your visit to Summit Plastic Surgery one of the best you have had.
She returned to Redding 10 years ago after living in Eugene, Oregon for 13 years. Jane sings in 2 bands, she loves knitting ,and hiking the beautiful hills of Shasta County. She is the proud grandmother of twin baby boys and adores her grandson back in Eugene.
Jane is available to answer any billing and insurance questions you may have. She will also assist you with a payment plan that will suit your needs.
Meet Chelsey
REGISTERED NURSE
Chelsey is here to take care of all of your injectable and laser treatment needs!
Born and raised here in Redding, CA Chelsey could not imagine starting her healthcare career anywhere else. Her history of being a skin care consultant at the Dermstore, an ICU nurse for 7 years, and now specializing in conscious sedation, makes her the perfect fit for our Summit Plastic Surgery Team!
Chelsey obtained her ADN from College of the Siskious’s and continued on to get her Bachelors from Simpson University. While not working, Chelsey enjoys camping, fishing, and swimming with her husband and two children.
Meet Carly
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Carly will be with you throughout your stay at Summit Plastic Surgery. Carly can answer any questions you might have about a procedure, after care, or recovery time. She is compassionate, respectful, and welcoming - someone you can feel comfortable with during your consultation, examination, or in office procedure. Born and raised in Redding California, Carly graduated from Foothill High School and is currently working towards a nursing degree to further assist our patients. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her wonderful family and friends. Carly is a long time friend of the Malotky family and is extremely honored to be a part of Dr. Max Malotky’s Plastic Surgery Practice.
When we asked Carly what her favorite procedure that Dr. Malotky performs was? She said, “Definitely breast reconstruction. Don’t get me wrong, it’s amazing to see all of the cosmetic transformations that come through the office , but something about helping these woman through their reconstructive journey is one of the best feelings ever.”
Meet Nicole
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Nicole will be here to assist you throughout your non-surgical or surgical journey. She is available to answer any questions you may have along the way. Nicole is very passionate about patient care-you will feel comfortable with her during your consultation and after care appointments. Nicole graduated from Foothill High School and went on to continue her education at New Mexico Highlands University where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Universal Studies. From there, Nicole decided to come back to her hometown and enroll in the IOT Medical Assistant Program where she earned her Medical Assistant Certification.
Meet Janet
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The office administrator of Richard Malotky MD, Ann Malotky DDS, and Summit Plastic Surgery -Maximilian Malotky MD - Janet is in charge of keeping the offices running smoothly and making sure all the team members provide the highest quality of care to our patients. She is smart, caring, and energetic, Janet is a great team leader and a gem at the Malotky’s offices.
A graduate with honors with a BA in Business Management and Human Resources from Simpson University, Janet began working with the Malotky team in October 2010 after 27 years of professional business management experience. She enjoys working with the team and helping to make the best patient experience and outcomes possible.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering and traveling.
Meet Kristine
MARKETING
Working behind the scenes, Kristine is the wife of Dr. Malotky. You will find her putting together before and after photos, updating the website, and running the social media accounts for Summit Plastic Surgery.
Kristine was born and raised in Springboro, Ohio and graduated with a bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Toledo. She worked for FOX Sports Ohio as an on-camera personality and social influencer for the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, Columbus Blue Jackets and Columbus Crew. Kristine also worked in Sales for the Cintas Corporation to round out her Marketing skills.
When not working, Kristine enjoys the the great outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. If you follow @plastics_md on social media you will see highlights of the Malotky family.
